Delivery and questions
Where do you deliver?
Delivery is free on orders over £20 within Hereford city. Up to about five miles out it is £4. Checkout works out which applies from your postcode, and you can always collect from the shop for free.
Where is your meat from?
From farms around Hereford. We buy locally and prepare everything in the shop.
Can I freeze it?
All of our meat can be frozen, though it is at its best fresh. We also run a freezer centre at the back of the shop with Herefordshire's largest selection of meat for the freezer.
Do you do boxes?
Yes. Family meat packs all year, BBQ boxes in the summer and Christmas meat boxes in December.
What if I am not happy with my order?
Tell us. Refunds are at our discretion, and normally a full refund is given if you are not satisfied.
Do you do hog roasts?
We do, for 30 to 600 people. Weddings, birthdays, christenings, corporate events and the rest. Every party is quoted individually, so give Chris a ring.
